# Step-by-Step:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper until well blended.
03 - Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and place on prepared baking sheet. Brush both sides generously with lemon-herb mixture.
